The first-party HTML, CSS and JavaScript operate in the browser. The search and notice checker use static local data and do not transmit the search term or checker entries to FineFight. The separate enquiry form is supplied from dealingwithbailiffs.uk and information entered there is processed through that provider.
Hosting records
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request logs, device information and security data. The owner must confirm the provider, retention period, lawful basis and contact details before publication.

Sensitive motoring documents
Do not send unredacted notices, driving-licence details, full addresses, payment data or court papers to an unverified contact route. No public file-upload control is included in this release. The external form may provide its own fields, which must be assessed under the privacy information shown with that service.
Embedded traffic debt enquiry form
The contact and traffic debt pages load a form supplied from dealingwithbailiffs.uk. Information entered into that form is transmitted through the form provider rather than stored in the static FineFight website files.
Review any privacy information displayed with the form before submitting. Do not send unnecessary bank information, driving-licence numbers, full identity documents or unredacted material unless it is genuinely required.
