- Identify the jurisdiction. England, Wales and Scotland are not treated as procedurally interchangeable.
- Identify the document and stage. A notice, representation, appeal, court response and enforcement remedy are different steps.
- Check material changes. Pages are revised when legislation, procedural rules or official routes materially change.
- Qualify uncertainty. The website directs readers back to the actual notice where service, dates, evidence or exceptions may alter the answer.
